Undercovered were formed in the early part of 2005 in a then smoke infested recess of the local pub. Since forming, the band has evolved and changed it's line up several times. In the early days the band were fronted by a US born female, due to other commitments she soon left leaving the band without a front person.
In early 2006 Warren Wilson came to help out at practice and sing along so the rest of the band could keep the music tight while the search for a new front person went .. only a few practices, it became apparent that the answer was staring them in the face. Warren is now lead singer (and tambourine player!).
The only remaining founder of the band comes in the shape of Tony Morley. Tony is an outstanding drummer who mixes his own personal style with the songs we cover. Having played in many succesful bands throughout the 80's and 90's his passion for the skins has never dwindled.
When it comes to guitars we have to say we are blessed. Marcus Margerison and James Hennigan share the lead and rhythm between them. Marcus recently joined the band in September '08 to complete our original line up of Vocals, drums, lead guitar and bass. Marcus' addition to the band evolved our
Dr Rob joined the band on bass in 2010 having previously played in many bands since the 80's, more recently 'The Substitutes' for nearly 5 years, watch out for the hat!
The last piece of the jigsaw comes in the form of our roadie Dave Bushell. Dave is as important as the rest of the band and looks after not only our sound but keeps the beer flowing!
